Where in the world is Morgan Rachel Levy

The town is called Skagastrond... there is a population of about 600 people. The bank and post office are combined into one, a doctor visits the town twice a week, and the only bar, Kantry Baer (country bar, this is after all the capital of Icelandic country music) is only open Friday evenings. A nervous breakdown was barely avoided earlier this afternoon in the mini grocery store. I realized I'd never cooked seriously in Iceland (only previously over a single flame camping stove for which mostly prepared goods were purchased) and had no idea what most items were except for that clearly discernible sheeps head in plastic in the freezer section. Magically managed to come out with goods for a grilled cheese with pesto.
